The Airport Board of Springfield, Missouri will be implementing a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program and Goal for FY 2024-2026. The DBE goal, which is required to be set every three years by the FAA, pertains to federally funded construction projects only. The proposed goal is 4.0% overall goal, 3% Race Conscious goal, 1% Race Neutral goal. The purpose of the Program and Goal is to establish a level playing field for the participation of DBEs.
