ADA/504 Information

Reasonable Modifications
The Springfield-Branson National Airport will make all reasonable modifications to its policies, procedures and practices to ensure that people with disabilities have an equal opportunity to enjoy all of its programs, services and activities.

Anyone who requires modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity of the Airport, should contact the ADA Coordinator.

In accordance with the requirements of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (“ADA”) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act (504), the Airport will not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities on the basis of disability in its services programs, or activities. This duty of nondiscrimination applies to all applicants, participants, beneficiaries, employees and other interested persons.
 
ADA Grievances
The ADA and 504 provide that no otherwise qualified disabled individual shall, solely by reason of such disability, be excluded from the participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination in programs or activities sponsored by the Springfield-Branson National Airport or the City of Springfield. SGF Airport has adopted an internal grievance procedure providing for prompt and equitable resolution of complaints alleging any action prohibited by the ADA or 504.
 
If you believe you have been discriminated against in violation of the ADA or 504, then please complete the grievance form and submit it to the ADA Coordinator as instructed. If you have any questions, comments or concerns regarding the ADA, 504 or accessibility issues, then please contact the ADA Coordinator.
 

Title VI

Springfield-Branson National Airport (SGF) agrees to comply with all provisions prohibiting discrimination on the basis of race, color and national origin, as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. No person shall, on the grounds of race, color or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity of SGF. This duty of nondiscrimination applies to all applicants, participants, beneficiaries, employees and other interested persons. It also applies to all tenants, contractors and concessionaires of SGF.
